Adam Sternbergh is the culture editor of the New York Times Magazine. Formally an editor-at-large for New York, his writing has been featured in several other publications, including GQ and The Times, and on the radio programme This American Life. He lives in Brooklyn.
Sternbergh is also the author of the crime thriller Spademan series, where murder is carried out against the backdrop of a futuristic New York City which offers the option to “tap in” to a sophisticated virtual reality. The first in the series, Shovel Ready was published by Headline in 2014, while the second, Near Enemy, is out in summer 2015.
