Martin Walker

Martin Walker is a prize-winning journalist and the author of several acclaimed works of non-fiction, including The Cold War: A History. He lives in Washington DC and spends his summers in his house in the Dordogne.¬†After 25 years as a foreign correspondent for Britain’s The Guardian newspaper, and then another stint in think-tanks in Washington DC and as editor-in-chief of United Press International, the sweet life of the Perigord is a delight.
